Roles and Responsibilities
Coordinate with respective functional heads for recruitment requirements, job specifications, interview processes.
Sourcing the relevant profiles from the Internal Database, References and Networking, and Job portals, LinkedIn etc
Screening and short listing the profiles according to requirement
Conducting first round of interviews face to face, telephonic, zoom etc.
Salary negotiations and roll out offers
Follow up with offered candidates for timely joining.
Maintain daily, weekly & monthly reports.
Desired Candidate Profile
Excellent Communication Skills
Candidates willing to join immedidately will be preferred
Working on Finance related profiles (CAs /MBAs) will be an added advantage.
